The Indian Association of Physician Assistants (IAPA) was
founded in 1998 to assist Physician Assistants.
The mission of IAPA is to promote excellence in medical
knowledge and skills of Physician Assistants and to provide
educational resources in support of that goal.

the field of medicine.

Anyone who has completed the physician assistant bachelor's
degree or a post graduate programme in physician assistantship
from a recognized university can write to the IAPA. Upon
approval by the committee, the membership form can be downloaded,
completed and mailed back to the IAPA office

web page in 'The list of PA course teaching institutions
accredidated by IAPA'
